I upload all of my video to SproutVideo.    If you would like me to shoot a video of your swim, go for one of the Video Analysis packages. After the video is uploaded, you can download it for your Kaizen (continuous improvement) library.  You can also take your own video and store it on SproutVideo.  If you are serious about your stroke, I recommend getting videotaped (or doing your own) every three months.  Remember, each video is a snapshot of that moment in time and just a stepping stone on your Kaizen journey.
