Description:Join us for our first Performance Training Camp at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center

Are you a triathlete seeking to improve your swim before the season takes off.  Are you an open water swimmer wanting to improve your endurance?  Are you an age group swimmer wanting to hone your speed skills?  We will work on all of those aspects during this fabulous 4 day camp.

Every morning you will spend 2 hours with Total Immersion certified coaches who will guide you through drills and individualized technique feedback. 

Every afternoon you will spend 2 hours with your coaches doing very focused swim practices.  We use the Finis Tempo Trainer to swim all of our main sets.  You will be able to measure your improvement exactly and without question.  The Tempo Trainer when used by a Total Immersion swimmer becomes an incomparable tool.
